Lazy Ass

I don’t know why I do it.  Or rather not do it.  Exercise.  Yip I’m back on that subject again………….

I am so lazy.  Would rather lie on my back doing nothing.  Even if there is nothing to watch on TV, I will lie on my back staring at the screen rather than doing anything else!!!  How terrible is that!  I know dreadful.

And when I get my lazy, big ass off the bed and onto the exercise machine thingie I feel so much beta.  I really do.  I have energy.  I feel happy.  I feel glowing and love it.  Why the hell then am I so freaking lazy?????

I wish I knew.  If I find out I will change the thing….. whatever it is.
